We have begun a Bible Study for some people who lived in the Village of Jib. There are no churches in this village and the few Christians who live there don't attend church anywhere on a regular basis because it's too far or they don't have enough money for transportation costs. Sox, the man we've been communicating with helped make the arrangements to meet in the bottom house or rather underneath Janet's home.
The floor is just a dirt floor that has been swept. There are two table benches for the people to sit on.
The area was between 5 1/2 to 6 ft in height. Little bit of a problem for Don who likes to stand and walk around while teaching or preaching. He's 5'11"

I think this Bible Study has created quite a stir in the spirit world.
Before we left home, on our way to the Bible Study, I almost stepped on a snake. Our Guyanese friend told us that it was definitely a poisonous one. While at the Bible study their were bugs flying around Don's head. He had to move several times away from the light. There was also a drunk man that wondered into the Bible study area and kept interrupting Don's teaching. In spite of that, God worked his miracles during prayer time and we even prayed with the man who was drunk.
On our way home we drove through what seemed to be a hail storm of bugs. Every time they hit the windows it sounded like hail. We finally got home and found the front patio area covered with black flying bugs that look like June bugs or black beattles. They were everywhere. The guys swept a path to the doorway, but when we got in the house, there were bugs all over the floors. It seemed to take forever to sweep them up.
