Wow, it's been a while since I've been able to get on the blog. Just happened to check it and I was back on again. I'm going to take advantage of this time and give you some updates.
This was a couple of Sundays ago. Phuong and family come up to spend the day and have a time of worship together. I love how God knits our hearts together in prayer and worship to Him.
We love this family and yet we cannot speak each other's language. When we find out something about each other or something either one wants to communicate...it is so exciting! On Sundays we share Bible verses, worship and prayer. They are eager to learn, and love the Lord. Even the little ones participate in prayer.
Phuong has also been our lead Vietnamese project director. She communicates what we want to the boss, contractor man. How does she know what we want...Google translator! Our favorite place on the web. Without this tool, little or nothing would get done.
We're in the last stages of the remodel. Things seem to be turning out better than we first thought.

We love having the neighborhood children around. Coming to english classes is helping them learn practical conversational english. We learn a lot about them and their lives as we share ours with them. Last night we found out that a couple of them go to sing at the Catholic church down the road. (Aha...open door here!?)
