2018 Highlights

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord" Luke 2:11 It's been a exciting and wonderful year for us here in Cambodia. God has outdone Himself pouring out His spirit and love for the people of Cambodia. We are so thankful to all of you who have partnered with us in this journey. Your prayers and support have made it possible for many lives to be changed as they encounter the truth of God's Word. A New Year is upon us and we're anxiously awaiting what God will do in this new year. 2018 Highlights Trip to India This year we were given the opportunity to visit two ministries in India to share about our THC Bible Schools in Cambodia. It was an amazing trip, teaching, preaching and developing new and lasting friendships. For our first stop we met and spent 3 days with Pastor Kode Abraham from The House India churches. Don was asked to give a dedicatory prayer for a new church building deep in the forest for tribal people to worship. Donate Now After a ribbon cutting ceremony everyone walked into the church (without walls) for their first worship service. It was an amazing time. After worship, Don brought the message. Don also was given opportunity to speak to the pastors of this amazing ministry at their monthly leadership meeting. We learned and were so blessed by our visit with them. We made lasting friendship. Next, we went North to another ministry in Bhadrachalam. Bhadrachalam, India We traveled north about 6 hours and met with our new friends Tara and Daniel. Their ministry serves approximately 5000 families with over 70 leaders. Another amazing ministry reaching the unreached tribal areas of India It was a busy 4 days of teaching during the day and preaching in churches in the evenings. Thank you On our last day we were honored with flower leys and shawls. Again God has given us more friends and prayer partners in ministry. We look forward to these lasting relationships. Our hearts are full with gratitude to our dear friends in the states who made this trip possible. Again we thank you, thank you. Back At Our Home Base Students Share the Gospel Ministry is Growing Students are taking the Word of God out to their villages and sharing the gospel. Numerous reports of salvations and healing are being reported back to us. More Growth - Bible Schools and Children's Ministry We'd like to introduce you to Heather our new team member. She is a native from Canada with Korean ancestry. She will be helping build our new Children's Ministry working to strengthen our new teachers.  "I am really thankful and give glory to God who lead me to meet these wonderful people of God, Maria and Don Whitney and Pastor Bunreth. It is a great privilege to team up with these sincere servants of the Lord for Kingdom ministry. The beginning of January 2019, we will start to train four or five children's teachers. We will introduce them new teaching methods and various resources that can help them in teaching children the Word of God…  pray that we can have the heart of Jesus Christ who loves children and sees their inner-being as Kingdom citizens (Matt 19:14). To God be the glory. " Donate Here The House Cambodia Leadership Team From Left to right Pastor Nget SamOll - New Bible school area Supervisor and his wife Sochunthia - Children's Teacher Heather Kim - Children's Ministry Supervisor Khemma, Children's Teacher and Pastor Bunreth - Bible School Director Bible School graduates are already teaching in their villages, near the Bible Schools and Sunday School classes. Accomplishments Our Bible School Leaders/ Instructors have doubled from 8 to 14. All classes will be starting in January. Bible Schools have grown from 5 this year, to 9 starting this January. We have heard of 8 major healings in the provinces. Many go unreported by our leaders as they become commonplace events. Healed from a large lump in the side of his neck. PTL We have been given a collected count of 41+ Salvations this year alone, due to Bible School evangelism. Glory to God! Throughout the schools, a total of 55+ have received the baptism in the Holy Spirit this year alone. 11+     New Churches/Cell groups started by students this year. 4         Leadership Training Sessions completed ( 1 each quarter) 2         India Ministries visited in November for network and sharing purposes. 2019 Will be starting off with...
