Update

After meeting with the board of Stanford doctors, the decision was to proceed with surgery and 3 weeks later begin 6 weeks of radiation.  The surgery will take place in Palo Alto and will be done by a Stanford surgeon.  Please agree with us in prayer that as the Word says, "...by His stripes, we are healed."

Don is thinking that by the time all this is done, he will be a new man.
The plastic surgeon will be stretching his skin to cover the space on the side of his head which should take out his wrinkles!  Afterwards they will do a skin chemical peal to ward off any pre cancers that may be hanging around, which will give a smooth completion.  He's loving this! Because of the radiation treatment he has to have all his teeth fixed, and he will also get a full check up from the eye doctor as well.   All this of course will take time, but God is good and we're on His clock!
