Update on Don

We've been to the VA Hospital in Fresno.  Don has had several tests including a biopsy and a picture taken of the bacil sell carcinoma on the side of his forehead.  The doctors assure us this is not a life threatening situation but must be dealt with immediately to avoid problems and complication.

Tomorrow we will meet with the plastic surgeon who will be doing the surgery.  We will know more about the results of the tests at that time.

I will keep giving updates here and on facebook as I have the internet available to me.  We thank you all for your prayers and encouraging comments.  At times like these, it is so comforting to hear that our friends are praying and lifting us up before the Lord.

Don is in good spirits but hates the turban head dressing he's having to wear.  Can't get his hat or cap on right and won't let me take a picture :)
