Christmas Day we listened to Christmas Carols all day. It was a quiet day. Duong went shopping for us and I made Christmas Dinner. We had just bought a toaster oven, so I was able to make baked potatoes and baked chicken with salad and salsa and Coca Cola which was a real treat along with candle light. Don and I and Duong had a great time talking about past Christmas' and traditions. After Dinner we watched Narnia and had ice cream with an oreo cookie. Ahhhh the simple things of life. The only thing really missing was our families. We love and miss you all.
